Gym it up
Okay, so three weeks ago, I got a membership to LA fitness (month-to-month). Since then, I’ve gone once. The gym itself is fine (~8 minute drive from my house), and it’s not super expensive, but I’m just not into it.
It’s not that I’m not active… I mean, I have a puppy who demands to be walked 3 or 4 times a day. And I’ve always loved sports and being outdoors, I’m just so bored by the idea of going to the gym. I work inconsistant (+ late) hours, so I can never make it to a class (even though I love Zumba).
Also, because of my back I can’t do running (or any other high-impact activity).
So here’s my question: Should I give up my gym membership and just try to do random classes and stuff from home? Are there enough activities I can do without buying an elliptical?
