First World Problems of the Morning
- Last night, D and I ended up hanging out with some friends all night drinking and catching up. This was fine except that everyone wanted to drink all night. I don’t mind drinking, obviously, but lately I’ve become more and more aware of how many empty calories there are in booze. But people give me weird looks if I just want to drink water all night.

Wedding woes
True story: I don’t know if I ever want a wedding.
I’m fine with getting married one day. Call me old school, but there’s something really nice about knowing that the person you’re with has promised to be with you for the rest of their life (at least until the divorce papers are final). It’s the whole wedding thing that freaks me out a little.

Thankful
Sometimes, I worry that I spend too much time complaining and wishing that my life was better, but in reality, I think that I would be really greedy if I asked for one more thing. So here are the cliche things that I am thankful for:

Half day at work today!
This is only the fourth time that I’ve been home at this time on a week day in LA. The first was the first day we moved here, the second was Labor Day, and the third, I was sick but working.
It’s kind of awesome, but I don’t know what to do with myself.
